The Kompakt Mechanical Assist Movable Shelving System will allow you to maximize your existing floor space. In most situations, you can double your storage capacity in the same footprint. On the other hand, you can often store existing records in half the space used by your existing system.
Mechanical assist systems offer:

- 1000 pounds per carriage foot weight capacity standard with additional weight
capacities available - Standard rail with C channel mounting negating the necessity for grout
- Full-length drive shafts are standard
- Choice of six different gear ratios
- Choice of four different handles
- Standard operator safety lock & optional in-aisle floor level safety bar system available
- Security locks are available
- Standard carriage available from 3' to 30' in 6" increments
- Accepts any standard shelving
- Choice of finish options
